Do you see my regulars?+
Yes — we have to. But your regulars list is yours. We hold it under your name, we don't share it across providers, and you take it with you if you ever leave. Plus an export button in Settings.
What about cash bookings?+
The team reads the thread after the booking is over to detect show or no-show. You can override either way. We only bill commission on confirmed bookings — no-shows are $0.
Can I use my existing number?+
Yes, but the better answer is: we give you a new line, you swap your ads, and after 30 days you're set. Forwarding from your old number is supported during the transition.
Who actually replies to clients?+
Our team. Real humans, trained on your voice, replying in your name. We use AI internally to draft fast — but every send is human-approved.
Can I pause for a week?+
One tap. Auto-reply goes out. You come back when you come back. No questions, no extra fees.
What if a draft goes wrong?+
In your first 48 hours, every draft is double-checked by a human before sending. After that, the operator approves. If something ever lands wrong, we'll discuss it with you, retract if we can, and tune the voice.
Is this discreet?+
No public profile. No 'powered by Puntcierge' anywhere. Punters see your name, your number, your voice. Nothing else.
What happens if I leave?+
30-day grace — your number stays live, ads keep working. We port the number out to your chosen carrier at no cost. You keep your client list. We delete the rest after 90 days.
How fast do you reply?+
Within minutes during 9 am – 9 pm. Outside hours, a calm 'I'll be back in the morning' goes out, and we pick it up at 9 am.
Do you handle deposits?+
Yes. Your deposit policy, your rules. We send the request, chase if needed, mark when it lands. You see every status in the dashboard.
What about tours?+
Set your tour city + dates. We adjust availability, warm your regulars in that city, and pre-fill the tour with high-fit enquiries. Booking.com integration on the roadmap; for now we book hotels manually for you.
What if a punter gets aggressive?+
